What is the KNF public warning list?

The KNF's warning list includes companies and individuals suspected of conducting activities that violate the law, including financial activities without required permits. The KNF forwards notifications to the prosecutor's office or warns the public about unlicensed entities. In practice, this protects consumers from potential fraud and financial losses.

Beware of Atlantic Comium and Techsolutionlive

Two new platforms have been added to the warning register:

  • Atlantic Comium – operating via websites:

    • atlanticcomium.org
    • atlantic-comium.tech
  • Techsolutionlive – platform operating under this trade name and available at:

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority did not provide detailed information about the persons responsible for the above entities, which indicates that they are unidentified structures operating without any license in PolandA lack of oversight and full transparency is a standard feature of risky and potentially fraudulent platforms.

KNF warning for investors

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) once again reminds us that using the services of unlicensed companies poses a serious risk. Platforms operating outside of supervision:

  • they do not guarantee the security of funds,
  • they can block withdrawals,
  • are often used to extort personal and financial data.

Before deciding to open an account with a selected broker or platform, every investor should check the KNF registers or other European databases of licensed financial institutions.

If you have doubts about the reliability of an investment platform, don't risk it! Protecting your funds and data is paramount.
