#5 Well spent. About money and economics. February 16, Poznan

created Forex Club7 February 2023

On a daily basis, we can be ignorant in many areas of science and it will not significantly affect the quality of our lives. After all, detailed knowledge of botany, physics or chemistry is not needed to perform everyday duties. In the case of economics, however, the situation is different. This is not only about entrepreneurs or stock market investors, but about ordinary Kowalski, who constantly takes specific financial actions and influences the environment with his own decisions, e.g. elections. That is why everyone should understand the basic economic and economic processes, so that thanks to this knowledge they can consciously improve the quality of their lives and the environment in which they operate.

We invite you to the fifth meeting in the series Well spent. On money and economy - an event promoting and educating in the field of economics, finance and investing.

Forex Club is pleased to take this event under its patronage.

What will the meeting be about?

Money is not only a means of payment, but also a huge force affecting our thinking and often irrational behavior. Therefore, this time we will focus on the psychological aspects of the perception of money. Dr. Sławomir Jarmuż - psychologist, trainer, coach and author of psychological books will tell us about it.

The next topic will seemingly be about something completely different, but it will be connected to the previous one. We will take a look at the ones available in Poland Employee Capital Plans and we will consider the psychological aspects of saving for retirement, which for many seems insignificant and distant. The issue is up-to-date as there is time to unsubscribe from the PPK until the end of February (later, automatic enrollment will take place). After the lecture by Dr. Wojciech Świder, you will certainly know whether it is worth staying in the PPK or running away from it, where the pepper grows.

Topics that will be discussed during the two-hour meeting:

And:

  • the role of psychology in saving for retirement,
  • is it worth being in the PPK?
