DEMO FxPro account

To open a demo account, complete the form on the FxPro website. On e-mail we will receive login details and a link to the platform (please check the SPAM tab) and at the same time access to the Direct.FxPro Customer Panel. Professional customer

FxPro allows you to change the client's classification from retail to professional. In order to apply for a change of categorization, two of the three conditions described below must be met.

Conditions for changing classification:

1. Conducting transactions with a value of the PLN equivalent of at least EUR 50 each, in the number of at least 000 transactions per quarter in the last 10 quarters;
2. The value of the investment portfolio held exceeds the equivalent of EUR 500 (or the equivalent in another currency);
3. Professional experience for at least one year in the financial sector in a position requiring knowledge regarding transactions in financial instruments or brokerage services.

A professional client at FxPro receives:

• The lever max. 1: 500,
• Protection against negative balance without limits,
• Access to all instruments offered and transaction conditions (spreads, commissions, platforms),
• The ability to return to the status of a retail customer at any time.

The procedure for changing the classification:

1. You must log in to the Direct.FxPro Client Panel,
2. You must complete an application for professional client status.
3. Mark in the application that you meet the minimum 2 with 3 requirements. The broker may selectively ask for additional explanations.
4. The broker will contact you after verification of the application.

Direct FxPro Client Panel

All financial operations and maintenance of trading accounts are made on-line in the Customer Panel.

Deposits and withdrawals can be made using:

• personal account,
• credit and debit cards,
• PayPal, Skrill or Neteller accounts.

Deposits paid by card or via PayPal, Skrill or Neteller appear on the account in FxPro after 10 minutes from the transaction.

In the case of a foreign bank transfer, this time depends on the banks and usually the entire operation takes 2 to 5 business days.

The payment will be credited to your Wallet account, from which you must then make an internal transfer to your trading account.

Partial refund of transaction costs Forex Club

People who created an account via the website Forex Club automatically join the partial refund of transaction costs program (so-called partial refund of transaction costs). The refund is up to -15% of the spread or commission paid.

Detailed information:

1. The partial refund is up to -15%. Its final value depends on the instrument, the type of account and the exchange rate of the base currency of the account.
2. The account must be created via the website Forex Club.
3. There are no additional requirements in the form of min. deposit or turnover.
4. The return is permanent - Commission refund is not limited time.
5. The value resulting from the discount is returned directly by the broker to the investment account.
6. The return is always at the beginning of the new month for the previous month.
7. If the value of the discount granted does not exceed $ 10 for a given month, the total value will be returned only at the beginning of the month after which the condition will be met.
8. Only currency pairs are covered.
9. Partial refund includes spread paid or commission depending on the type of account.

Examples of discount values

* On MT4 and MT5 Instant the discount value in% is calculated based on the average spread.
** The% discount on the cTrader platform is calculated on the basis of a commission for courses with 5.01.2019.
*** In MT4 accounts with Market execution, the discount is on average 30% lower.

Commissions in FxPro

In the cTrader account, in addition to the low spread, the broker charges a commission of USD 0,35 for every USD 10 traded.

People who have an account in the group Forex Club receive up to 15% of the commission paid back every month.

If you have an account in a deposit currency other than USD, all commissions are automatically converted at current market rates. Thanks to this, the investor does not profit from it, but also does not lose it.
