Suspended license is a nail to the coffin
The consequence of the suspension of the CIF license is primarily the lack of the possibility of providing investment services and brokering in trade, i.e. opening invoices, accepting payments, executing new client orders, conducting marketing activities promoting investment activity. In the current situation, the company can only execute pre-ordered own transactions and its clients, and approve withdrawal requests.
Fenix Capital Markets Trading is a broker providing trading services on the Forex / CFD market and dealing with investment consulting since about 2 years.
As history shows, suspension of a license is usually a strong nail in the coffin of the brokerage business. At the moment, the broker's website - fenixcmt.com - is working normally. The broker does not inform about any changes to the announcement published by CySEC.
