Invest Cuffs 2019 - Report from the XNUMXth edition of the Expo

created Natalia Bojko25 March 2019

23 March

On Saturday, on Invest Cuffs, the pace did not slow down. The day was full of lectures and debates. The agenda was additionally diversified with two workshops - "Invest in Real Estate: What to do to earn 400% in three months" - led by Tomasz Burcon, "Workshops with Joe DiNapoli. Learn to use the leading nature of DiNapoli's Levels " - where the lecture was given by Joe DiNapoli with Piotr Grela, "What to do to earn without doing anything, or the word about passive investing" - led by Marcin Kubiak, "Buy-renovate-sell-Earn" - Robert Jarczyński gave a lecture on this subject.

As you can see, the Saturday was largely favorable to investors interested in investing in real estate. Thanks to such a large selection in this field, one could additionally choose a specific specialization from the housing market.

The perfect currency pair

Grzegorz Moskwa and Ichimoku's strategy

From a more forex position, a very interesting element of the 5th edition of Invest Cuffs was the lecture on Ichimoku strategy. Grzegorz Moskwa in his lecture remarked that Ichimoku contains two special features. Based on it, we have on the graph not only the indicators that make up its technical analysis, but also a ready-made strategy. The presentation was very extensive in terms of examples of Ichimoku application. A very interesting issue raised by Grzegorz Moskva was the concept of a strong and weak coin. These searches are based mainly on correlations, where, after a short analysis, it is possible to assess and find such currency pairs in which they fit into the strategy. According to Grzegorz Moskwa, Ichimoku has to predict in some way, in which direction and where the price is to move. In addition, the wave theory is used, which in simplified and classical form says that with 3, inheritance moves 3 follow up.

15 minutes for a complete strategy

An equally interesting item on the agenda were 3 short lectures on the investment strategy used by: Mariusz Drozdowski, Michał Zabawa and Maksymilian Bączkowski. The gentlemen presented the original ideas for a game based on diamonds (special candles that are arranged in such a way that there is a downward trend between the two upward ones), on the CAPP and range bars and the last game idea, i.e. strategy PSV. The latter is based on pivot points (as a priority signal), sequence and volume (from the futures market, which allows you to assess whether a given level / movement matters).

Spontaneous, inspiring and unpredictable

Zbigniew in the evening

Zbigniew Wieczorek during the lecture

Such words of Rafał Zaorski were described by Zbigniew Wieczorek in his lecture on Rafał's speculation. The lecture attracted a wide audience. Wieczorek at the beginning of his speech emphasized that the Polish trade scene is lacking in discussion. In addition, during the 45-minute lecture he talked about how the evolutionary mechanism of loss affects our trading and tendency to hold losses. "It does not satisfy us much. We are used to operating in difficult conditions. "- this is a highly condensed message on this issue. Furthermore, Wieczorek found that trading is against our evolution. In the context of speculative runs, he added that the longer we stay on the market, the decline in our skills. What is the basis of this? It seems abstract without much thought. Nevertheless, the speaker quickly explained that it comes from building beliefs, and that our trade ends when we simply fail.

Summarizing…

This year's Invest Cuffs were very fruitful in the light of the knowledge they gave. It was impossible to participate in any lecture, but undoubtedly it gave a huge opportunity to specify the topic that interests us.

In the corridors and during conversations, many guests from abroad could be heard in the breaks. Invest Cuffs enjoyed interest not only from domestic traders and investors, but from year to year an increasingly large trade community is coming to Poland for this event.

This relationship, despite the text's vastness, is still only a small fraction of what could be drawn from the fifth edition. The lectures and the opportunity to meet the lecturers and other market participants were a great opportunity to make new friends. For beginners it was a great opportunity to learn, for more experienced people to exchange views and evaluate strategies. No matter how advanced, everyone could find something for themselves. It is difficult to find a second investment event that matches the scale of Invest Cuffs.
