Forex mobile platforms: Dukascopy and CMC Markets updates

Dukascopy and CMC Markets released files updating their mobile platforms last week Forex . In both cases, the changes are not spectacular, but they will surely meet with a positive response from traders.

New on the CMC Markets platform

The British broker decided to introduce many useful improvements. Especially when it comes to the login procedure, which previously left much to be desired in terms of convenience in everyday use. However, there are more positive changes.

• More convenient logging - added the ability to log in with a fingerprint (previously only with a password or "puzzle-code"),
• The ability to define the time of inactivity without the need to re-login was added,
• Full customization of the table has been added (the ability to change and move visible sections),
• Charts: the ability to set the margin on the timeline; extending the history visible on the chart; new transaction tools; new, bright coloring of the chart,
• Education: added integration with CMC TV channels, Twitter, YouTube and training information,
• Notifications: SMS alerts; transaction confirmation via e-mail; option of temporarily blocking notifications; adding notes to notifications; alarms for price changes or groundbreaking events.

A dedicated look for tablets has also been created:

• A new, new list of favorite instruments has been introduced,
• A full-screen account window has been added.

New on the Dukascopy platform

The list of changes on the mobile JForex Trader is a bit poorer than that of the competitor. However, it must be admitted that this does not cause the platform Dukascopy it is left behind due to the fact that it already had many of the above-mentioned elements.

• Optimization for iOS 11 devices has been implemented,
• Daily high / low quotes and a daily percentage change range have been added to the quotes table,
• Charts were expanded with the ability to quickly turn on / off indicators and change their parameters,
• Monthly time interval has been added to the charts,
• A search engine has been added to indicators,
• Updates have been introduced to speed up logging in,

Constant updates and investments in the development of mobile platforms show how important this element of Forex broker offers. Will we only be able to invest in the coming years from the level of smartphones?
