XTB Broker focuses on artificial intelligence. For this purpose, a new department was created and headed by Mr Tomasz Gawron like Head of AI. In the newly established team responsible for Product and Technologies, he will focus on the implementation of technologies based on artificial intelligence (AI) both in business processes, as well as in the investment platform and mobile application - xStation.

Artificial intelligence is a revolution like the Internet

The Head of AI is responsible for creating and managing a team that works on preparing and implementing a strategy for implementing modern, innovative technologies based on artificial intelligence. His most important tasks include monitoring and analyzing modern AI solutions and identifying the possibilities of their implementation in both current and future products offered by XTB.

– As a fintech with a global customer base, we want to be at the forefront of our industry when it comes to innovation and implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Head of AI is a new position at XTB that is responsible for accelerating the pace at which we implement advanced technologies. We see them not only as a way to improve efficiency, data analysis, onboarding and customer support processes, but also as a way to increase the efficiency of our employees. - said Adam Dubiel, Chief Product & Technology Officer at XTB.

Effective implementation of modern technologies requires, first of all, concentration on the operational aspects of these solutions, which is why the AI ​​team at XTB will be responsible for prototyping and testing AI-based products and processes to ensure their high quality, consistency and compliance with the company's strategic goals. The team's task will also be to track current trends and AI technologies, as well as share this knowledge and educate XTB employees so that they are able to use the latest technologies in their daily work, taking into account potential regulatory restrictions.

Who is Tomasz Gawron?

Tomasz Gawron is an experienced programmer and an expert in robotics. He has extensive teaching and training experience gained while working with robotics and computer science students at the Poznań University of Technology. Before joining XTB, he was the head of AI research and engineering at Wunderman Thompson Technology, where he built the artificial intelligence research department  and supervised the implementation of the company's AI strategy and project coordination. Tomasz Gawron is a doctor of automation and robotics at the Poznań University of Technology.
