FINMA, FCA and AMF place new entities on the alert lists
The three regulators, FINMA from Switzerland, FCA from Great Britain and AMF from France, have put on their list a substantial collection of new entities that break local laws and / or operate illegally.
Switzerland
The broker Trade Capital Investments Ltd., operating under the domain tradecapital.com, appeared on the FINMA list of warnings. According to the information on the website, the brand belongs to Trade Capital Investments LLC. headquartered in Geneva. On the site you can find access to trade in markets such as Forex, commodities, energy and cryptocurrencies. It is worth emphasizing that Swiss law requires Forex brokers to have a banking license. Meanwhile, Trade Capital does not inform about having any permits to conduct this type of activity.
Great Britain
FCA has published information on listing the public warnings of the company named Crypto Options Trader. The broker on its website offers trading on cryptocurrency instruments using binary options lasting from 60 seconds to 3 months. In addition to the lack of any licenses, it is worth noting that the decision of the European regulator ESMA to offer binary options to retail customers is prohibited (with some exceptions, which the company does not respect anyway).
