Regulators from Spain and Australia warn against 29 FX and crypto scams

As many as 29 forex and crypto scams were added to the warning list in March 2024. Regulators from Spain and Australia inform about new entities that offer their services illegally and their aim is to extort funds from unaware investors. It happens that their names are confusingly similar to existing and legally operating companies (e.g. ATFX), but they also often refer to names that we associate well (e.g. Swiss, Axia, Cloud Crypto). Details below.

Watch out for these "brokers"!

We warn against using the services of unlicensed companies. Before opening an account, always make sure it is correct the broker has the appropriate regulations and permits at the indicated financial market supervisory institution.

Spain – CNMV

The Spanish financial market regulator, CNMV, announced that as many as 17 entities have been added to the warning list.
