The American SEC warns against 29 Forex/Crypto scams

US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which is the government agency responsible for investor protection and regulation of the local financial market, has published an update to its list of warnings. This list, known as Public Alert: Unregistered Soliciting Entities (in short: BREAK), warns investors against illegally operating companies that often function as typical scam. The new items on the list include many entities related to the cryptocurrency market, but there are also fraudsters impersonating a legally operating company.
