The next edition will be held on November 20-22, 2023 Deep Tech CEE Summit & Challenge. This event will once again attract leaders and innovators from the Central and Eastern European region and from around the world and will connect private investors looking for unique projects, startup founders in need of new competences and team financing, and entrepreneurs looking for new business projects. The event will attract representatives of local ecosystems from over 15 countries in the CEE region. It is a unique space for exchanging experiences on investing in deep tech and learning best practices related to high-risk, high-reward transactions. Deep Tech CEE Summit & Challenge is undoubtedly the largest industry event in Poland and one of the largest in this part of the world. It creates a space for the brightest minds, investors, companies and ecosystem partners to present unique projects, share knowledge, build synergies and facilitate investments in deep tech.

It is deeptech that seeks solutions to the biggest problems and challenges facing humanity and the world. We are talking about startups whose commercialization requires large financial outlays and is burdened with high risk, which are also the most modern achievements of science, technology and engineering innovation.

This year's edition of Deep Tech CEE Summit & Challenge was divided into three thematic days. The first of them (November 20) will be held under the slogan "Investor day" and will be intended for 1:1 meetings for investors, business representatives and over 80 selected startups and an academy of investors from the CEE region.

The second day (November 21) is intended to support knowledge building and networking among participants. This means that, in addition to the Deep Tech Academy and Scaleup paths, participating business and startup representatives will also receive pitching and matchmaking sessions.

The last day of the event (November 22) was intended for closed events of Summit partners.

Along with the event, a new format of the Deep Tech CEE Challenge is created, i.e. a competition for the best projects from the region. By definition, it is addressed to startups and scaleups based on research and development (R&D) or technologically advanced engineering. The best ones will present their ideas during the Innovators' Gala, which concludes the second day of the conference. It is during the event that the jurors will select the most promising Deep Tech CEE Rising Stars.
