Beware of the clone of the British Premier FX broker
The British financial regulator, FCA, issued a warning against an entity posing as Premier FX - a Forex broker, which ceased its operations in mid-2018.
Fraud under the cover of reactivation?
There are many indications that fraudsters want to use the ignorance of investors about the liquidation of the company, or try to gain the trust of people who, when checking the information about the broker, will think that the activity has just been resumed. Thus, the funds that will be paid to the clone broker will probably never be returned.
FCA confirms that a company using the following data does not have the appropriate licenses and permits to conduct brokerage activities.
Clone data:
- Address: 26 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 4QW
- Web page: http://premierexchange.co.uk/
Previously, a legally operating broker operated under the site premfx.com, on which information is always available about going into liquidation. The registration address also disagrees.
We warn against using the services of unlicensed companies. Before opening an account, always make sure that the broker has the appropriate regulations and permits from the indicated institution supervising the financial market.
