New entities on the list of warnings of the Italian and British regulators

created Paweł Mosionek27 February 2019

More information has been released about the inclusion of new entities on the list of public warnings. Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), the Italian regulator of financial markets, warns against 3 entities; British FCA regulator - in front of one.

Impersonating under supervision

The body regulating the British financial market, FCA, entered an entity with a name similar to ... the name of the regulator itself on the "black list". It is about FCA Investments. "Firma" on its website informs about the possibility of investing funds in funds and bonds for a period of 1 to 5 years with a profit ranging from approx. 6% to over 11% per annum. Meanwhile, an entity called FCA Investments is not entered in any registers and does not have any permits to conduct investment activities.

This is quite a cheeky attempt to cheat, because in addition to the convergence in the names of scam also uses the logo of the supervisor.
