CySEC suspends the ACFX license

ACFX broker in trouble. The Cypriot regulator decided to suspend the ACFX broker license for a period of one month in connection with numerous deficiencies with maintaining an appropriate amount of capital in the company and risk monitoring. Due to the suspension, the company can not accept new clients, it is not able to mediate new transactions, it must close all open positions of its clients in the near future and it has no right to run advertising campaigns.

An appropriate warning has also appeared on the ACFX website.
