Dascoin in the viewfinder. CBŚ secured PLN X million for 44

Dascoin in the crosshairs of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw. The first details of the initiated proceedings regarding one of the loudest digital currency issues in Poland are already known. The Central Bureau of Investigation joined the action, which secured funds on the bank accounts of the company involved in Dascoin's activity.

Dascoin bank "broken"

21 in September, the Warsaw prosecutor's office initiated proceedings regarding the operation of the DasEcosystem investment platform on the request of Trading Jam. The platform itself, belonging to the Singapore-based company NetLeaders, was based on the centralized crypto bank Dascoin.

The proceedings were initiated on the basis of the following paragraphs:

1. the possibility of committing a crime with art. 286 Penal Code, 1 clause (unfavorable regulation of someone else's property by means of misleading, penalty of up to eight years imprisonment),
2. Art. 294 KK, 1 paragraph ("computer fraud" in relation to property of significant value, penalty up to ten years imprisonment).

As reported by the media, the CBŚ activities have already made it possible to secure an amount of PLN 44 on the company's account, which promoted the purchase of NetLeaders investment licenses. Persons affected by the activities of companies promoting investments in Dascoin are invited to contact the Central Investigation Center without delay in the department of combating organized economic crime.

The first proceeding on Dascoina (with suspicion of conducting business based on the Ponzi scheme) was initiated by UOKiK already in December last year. At the moment, no one has heard the charges, nor has any crime been proven, even though some portals already directly write about the "dascoin financial pyramid".
