Go Rise Markets and Interactive Trade on the KNF's list of warnings

The Interactive Trade brand belongs to Dristor Solutions Ltd. seated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. For GO Rise Markets, there is no information about the owner of the trading name.

The reason for being included in the alert list is the same in both cases. According to the Commission's communication, the notification concerns the suspicion of committing an offense under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (conducting business in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization). The proceedings were initiated by another entity and are conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

We warn against using the services of unlicensed companies. Before opening an account, always make sure that the broker has the appropriate regulations and permits from the indicated institution supervising the financial market.
