JetCapitals is on the KNF's list of warnings

JetCapitals on the list of warnings

This is another entity in the category "Forex brokers", which was on the KNF's list of warnings in recent months. At the end of November, we informed you about the company's blacklisting finvesting. Previously, this group was joined by entities such as AvaTrade, Marketbull, Viamarketsgo, Royal-Trades, Bulls & Bears Trades and Greenfield Investment.

Jetcapals on its website, it offers services related to the intermediation of trading on over 100 CFD instruments based on currencies, metals, indices, as well as the stock market. The platform is unknown and the leverage access is 1: 400. The site itself is quite neat and does not cause alarm at first glance. DEven a contact number with a London area code is available, and the capital of the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines - Kingstown. But don't be fooled. The company, which allegedly has been in existence since 2018, does not have any licenses or a documented history of activity.

The KNF announcement states that the reason is the notification concerning the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization. The proceedings were initiated by an entity not indicated in the announcement, and the case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
