KNF adds CFD Capital Trust to the list of warnings

The beginning of the school year brings new warnings from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. On September 1, 2023 Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced that the entity had been added to the "blacklist". CFD Capital Trust, which operates three websites: cfd.capital-trust.co.uk, capital-trust.co.uk and capital-trust.ltd. Details below.

Beware of CFD Capital Trust

The Commission warns against fraudsters who operate illegally, without appropriate consents and licenses, and usually their only goal is to extort funds from unaware investors. This time the message concerns scammers who operated on three websites. All of them have already been successfully blocked, so we can only assume from the name that the fraud was based on a scheme of "pretending" to be a broker offering trading in CFD instruments.

The KNF warns against:

• cfd.capital-trust.co.uk, capital-trust.co.uk and capital-trust.ltd

It is possible that new, similar names and addresses of websites that will again belong to the same scammers will appear soon, so stay vigilant!
