The Polish Financial Supervision Authority warns against the Ancor Capital and RXP Traders / RXP Trades platforms

On December 14, 2023 Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced the addition of two illegally operating investment platforms to the list of public warnings - Ancor Capital and RXP Traders / RXP Trades. Details below.

Watch out for Ancor Capital and RXP Traders

The KNF's public warning list is a collection of entities that violate Polish law regarding banking and investment activities. As a rule, these are ordinary fraudsters who operate illegally, without appropriate consents and licenses, and their only goal is to extort funds from unaware investors. These are also companies that have violated the provisions of Polish law in terms of their activities, e.g. in terms of advertising, information contained on the website and more.

This time, the 2 previously mentioned entities were added to the list. All sites remain active at all times, so please remain vigilant. In case of RXP Traders / RXP Trades the activity is strictly related to offering intermediation in trading on the Forex/CFD market, without having appropriate permissions and licenses. The websites look relatively professional and are in Polish, so it is difficult to recognize at first glance whether we are dealing with a scam.

In the case of Ancor Capital the website is also still active. The content is presented in both English and Polish. Forex/CFD trading services are also offered, but in this case the website itself looks very poor, which may be a sign that it is a scam. The longer we browse through the page's tabs, the more confident we become.
