Conditions for changing classification:

1. Conducting transactions with a value of the PLN equivalent of at least EUR 50 each, in the number of at least 000 transactions per quarter in the last 10 quarters;
2. The value of the investment portfolio held exceeds the equivalent of EUR 500 (or the equivalent in another currency);
3. Professional experience for at least one year in the financial sector in a position requiring knowledge regarding transactions in financial instruments or brokerage services.

Types of accounts

OANDA TMS Brokers offers one type of account that provides comprehensive investment solutions. Offer based on a popular and reliable platform MetaTrader 5 (is the only Polish broker offering MT5), provides traders with the opportunity to invest in multiple markets in one place. Access to about 3000 instruments, microlots and competitive trading conditions are the foundation of the broker's offer.

From the beginning of 2024, it is also possible to integrate the account with Trading View and trade directly from the chart of this platform.

Commission policy

OANDA TMS Brokers charges fees in different ways, depending on the choice of instrument class. It can be both the spread itself and the spread + commission depending on the value of the transaction.

Currency pairs

For currency pairs, the only fee that is charged by the broker is the floating spread. When you hold a position for the next day, swap points are added, which can be both a cost and additional remuneration for the investor. Swap rates are updated on an ongoing basis and are close to market values.

Contracts for exchange differences (CFDs)

Trade commissions on CFDs result from the table the specification of derivatives. The general commission values ​​are as in the table below.

Additional information:

• Futures-based contracts - indices without swaps, the only cost is the spread.
• The minimum order size for stock indices and commodities is 0,01 lot.
• For CFD for stocks and ETF, the leverage is 1: 5.

* Commission on US shares depends on the deposit currency - EUR and PLN accounts with no commission; USD accounts 0,29%.

Regardless of the selected account type, each client gets access to up to 2000 derivatives. There are CFDs available on: currencies, commodities and raw materials, stock indices, bonds, cryptocurrencies, stocks, synthetic stocks (no leverage).

In practice, this means that open positions held for the next day will not be charged with swap points, both on weekdays and weekends.

Instruments traded without SWAP concern two groups:

In other words, these are all assets whose underlying instrument is futures contracts and not a cash index. No additional conditions or restrictions apply. In practice, this means that you can hold an open position of any volume for as long as you want and the swap will not be charged.
