OptionRally goes to the list of public warnings in Canada
Warnings continued. Option brokers extremely frivolously allow themselves to operate in global markets, not paying much attention to legal requirements. A perfect example of this approach is TCM Investments Ltd., owner of the OptionRally brand, registered in Limassol, Cyprus. Canadian financial supervision, Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), placed this binary options broker on the list of public warnings.
Pursuant to the OSC statement, OptionRally is not registered in Ontario and is not authorized to conduct trading and consulting activities in Canada, as well as consultancy in the field of investing and brokering the purchase / sale of financial instruments. Canadian supervision issues such warnings to inform its citizens about the activities of companies violating local law, however, there are no additional repercussions in the form of imposing financial penalties.
OptionRally has recently been punished or placed on the list of warnings of regulators in several other countries, such as ASIC from Australia, CySEC from Cyprus and SFC from Hong Kong.
