In today's announcement Polish Financial Supervision Authority informed about entering another entity on the list of warnings Seabreeze Partners Ltdto which the websites belong: www.simpleway.trade, www.simpleway.world, www.simpleway.one, www.invest-flow.io, www.investflow.trade, www.maxiplus.trade, www.tetra-invest. co, www.tetra-invest.world, www.winmarket.io, www.profitassist.io and www.igfb.one. We warn you against using the services of this "broker". Details below.

Watch out for Seabreeze Partners

This is the first communication of this type from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in April this year, which concerns scamers claiming to be "forex brokers". This time fate struck SeaBreeze, which owns many domains, most of which are still active. On these pages you will not find any address details or information about your licenses. There is, however, a possibility "Invest" in the stock market and Forex. Aesthetically, the sites look professional - we advise you to be vigilant!

The KNF announcement states that the reason for entering on the list in the case of all three entities is the notification concerning the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization. The proceedings were initiated by the KNF Office and the case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
