10 - the anniversary of the FxPro broker on the market

This month the FxPro broker celebrates its 10th anniversary. The company, established in 2006, started its activities by taking over a broker that has been present on the market for 2 years - North Finance. It was a Cypriot company trading on the MetaTrader 4 platform and was rapidly gaining in popularity. FxPro did not slow down and over the next two years of operation successfully entered the forex brokers focused on retail clients. It is undeniable that FxPro was one of the first to introduce many innovative changes at that time and set trends. We are talking about such things that are now standard for us, but 8 years ago it was an unusual novelty and an extraordinary convenience, for example:

1. Quotes for major currency pairs to 5 and 3 decimal places - previously EUR / USD quotes ended at 0.0001 currency values.
2. "Unequal" spread values. Spread 0,5 pips? Only in FxPro. Other brokers offered quotes to 4 decimal places all the time so they could offer a minimum of 1 pips of spread (or 0).
3. There are no stop-limit levels for pending orders (FxPro gave up these levels, but then it was decided to introduce small limits in the amount of 2-5 pips, while the standard was 10 pips).
4. No scalping restrictions. A number of brokers prohibited short transactions by regulations, which FxPro avoided. Scalping definitions varied, but trades under 5 minutes and less than 5 pips profit were usually considered "not welcome" and often brokers closed accounts with people who traded in this way but not FxPro.

Cooperation between FxPro and Forex Club

The beginning of the ForexClub.pl website is very similar to the date when FxPro started operating. Our website saw the light of day in April 2007 and the offer of the then leader was immediately available on it. Throughout this time, we did not treat the company passively, and our cooperation was not limited to the usual promotion of services - many meetings and talks resulted not only in a successful cooperation, but also in an increase in the quality of services and the development of the offer in the direction desired by retail investors from Poland. Cyclically collected opinions on the services provided and the willingness to introduce changes welcomed by clients brought the expected effect, which showed that the broker is not indifferent to the requests of domestic traders.
