ASIC warns 40 with unlicensed option brokers and FX

The Australian ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) issued a warning to approximately 40 companies offering their services on the retail OTC Forex market and derivative instruments in connection with operating without appropriate licenses. The vast majority are binary options brokers (including brands such as 24Option, Banc de Binary, and Blackwell Trader), but the warning also applies to signal providers and Forex and related service providers.

Some of the companies decided to cooperate with ASIC to clarify the matter - until then they stopped their activities:
