Blue Star Trading has fooled customers at least 775 000 USD
Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has announced a complaint about filing a complaint against Dro Kholamian and his company, Blue Star Trading, LLC .. The accused is suspected of embezzlement at least 775 000 $ under the cover of trade among others on the Forex market.

Blue Star Trading dishonestly solicited potential customers by offering them account management. They were to be used for currency and commodity transactions, including futures. The company is suspected of fraudulent funds. According to the CFTC, the owner of the company - Kholmain - defrauded at least 3 people in this way by accepting at least $ 775 from them. Additionally, Blue Star Trading accepted over $ 000 million from over 1,9 clients in a manner similar to the Ponzi scheme.
As part of his scheme, when clients requested the withdrawal of their funds, Kholamian ignored their demands and lied about the status of the transaction and the investment accounts themselves which allegedly prevented him from making withdrawals. The reason was to "freeze" funds for open transactions that did not actually take place. In the end, Kholamian only gave his clients $ 25 from his company's bank account, saying the rest was impossible to move.
As part of ongoing litigation against defendants, CFTC will seek full compensation for fraudulent clients, fraudulently obtained funds, the imposition of a civil penalty payment, and the imposition of a permanent ban on Blue Star Trading and its owner.
