What's next for the Polish zloty?

Last week on the EURPLN chart saw a continuation of the bullish streak, which pushed the EURPLN rate up to 4,80. The domestic currency was also weakening against the US dollar, which resulted in historical highs set on the USDPLN chart. When analyzing the current situation, however, it should be noted that the historically strong dollar may be in the final stage of its boom, and the EUR and PLN - although heavily overestimated - are not extremely cheap.

EUR / USD close to 1,00

Investors from Poland, following the situation of the domestic currency, should carefully watch the performance of the exchange rate EURUSDwhich is approaching the psychological level of parity. The still smoldering energy crisis in Europe may help to test around 1,0000 on the euro dollar,  although the increasingly priced-in potential changes in the ECB's monetary policy suggest that investors may have slightly reacted to the EURUSD.
