CoinMarketCap, a website that aggregates the quotes of over 2000 cryptocurrencies in the world, has expanded the scope of its functionalities with basic tools for the fundamental analysis of virtual tokens provided by the Flipsyde Crypto startup. Thanks to the created ratings, we can easily estimate the "condition" of listed digital coins.

Fundamental Crypto Asset Score (FCAS)

The result of FCAS, i.e. the fundamental assessment of crypto projects, includes, among others the number of transactions carried out, the depth of the market based on data from exchanges, the activity of development works, or the activity of users on the Internet. Based on this data, a scoring ranging from 0 to 1000 is created, assessing the "health" of each of the tokens. The highest rating is marked as Superb (S), the lowest as Fragile (F).

Although in terms of capitalization Bitcoin exceeds the second cryptocurrency on the list, Ethereum (about $ 70 billion against about $ 14 billion), however, it was ETH that took the first position in the fundamental rating with a score of 909 points (S). BTC was in second place with a score of 884 points and a rating (A). The third place was taken by a relatively unknown cryptocurrency with a capitalization of just over $ 170 million - 0X (ZRX) - receiving 872 points (A).
