CySEC puts on the list of warnings from three CFD brokers
Public alert list updated again - this time for Cyprus. CySEC announced that three entities related to the provision of brokerage services in CFDs and binary options were placed on the "black list". These are Primus Trades, Binatex and Birsk Liquidity.
Brokers without a license
All three investment companies CySEC warns against are infringing the law, primarily trying to provide financial services without having the right licenses. In addition, the regulator notes that the following entities deliberately attempt to mislead potential customers suggesting that they have the necessary permits or are in the process of obtaining them.
Details:
- Primus Trades - through the primustrades.com website, it offers access to derivative instruments without the appropriate licenses or permits. There is information on the site that the brand is managed by BO TradeFinancials Ltd, which is not true, according to CySEC. Cypriot supervision indicates that the company does not already have a CIF license from which it has resigned itself this year.
- Binatex - through the website, binatex.com offers access to the market of binary options without the required licenses. There is information on the site that the company is applying for a CySEC license, but the regulator denies that it will receive anything from it
- Brisk Liqudity - through the website www.briskliquidity.nz encourages investments in derivatives suggesting that he has a CIF license.
