created Forex ClubNovember 9 2021

An increase in commodity prices usually corresponds to an increase in inflation. Due to the actions of the largest central banks, for the first time in years, the increase in the average level of prices in many economies has ceased to be a target and has become an inconvenient problem. In the reality of rising inflation, more expensive raw materials and ever lower temperatures outside the window, many of us ask ourselves - is there an energy crisis?

For the first time in a very long time, the entire world is struggling with the problem of excessive inflation. It is based on the huge financial stimulus from central banks and governments in response to pandemic restrictions. The second thing is the supply problems associated with all of this. To all this, we are adding more expensive energy resources and we have a ready scenario for an inflation shock. What is actually getting more expensive? Everything! During the year, gas prices in Great Britain or Europe increased by 500-600%! Coal is becoming more expensive all over the world from 100 to 150% in just 12 months. Oil and gas in the United States are also not much worse, where increases can be counted by several dozen percent. Where then to look for the reasons for these increases?
