In connection with the decision of the PFSA and the amendments in line with the Act of 5 December 2014 year amending the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (Official Journal 2015 item 73) each broker regulated by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (licenses of Polish brokerage houses), as well as having its notification (foreign brokers in the EU accepting clients from Poland) is obliged to limit the leverage of transactions to the amount of 1: 100 for persons who own a Polish residence to 16 on July, 2015 year.

Information about the change in leverage will be sent to clients who have real bills by email.
