eToro, an international Forex / CFD broker famous for social trading, announced a reduction of the minimum deposit to $ 50. Importantly, the changes apply only to selected countries from the published list.

11 European countries with lower deposit
Until now, the minimum deposit required to open a real account was $ 200. Effective September 5, 2021, this limit was reduced to $ 50. New level of min. the payment applies only to 11 European countries. These are:
- Poland
- Romania
- Czech
- Greece
- Bulgaria
- Węgry
- Slovakia
- Slovenia
- Latvia
- Estonia
- Chorwacja
No information was given whether the changes are permanent or only temporary, but looking at how dynamically the eToro broker is developing, we can assume that the deposit starting from USD 50 will remain permanently. Only this year, the company announced that:
- is going to debut on the stock exchange (preliminary valuations amount to USD 10 billion),
- becomes the sponsor of the Aston Villa football club,
- has created a BitcoinWorldWide wallet as a response to the involvement of capital in the cryptocurrency market (including shares of companies related to the crypto market).
