As inflation accelerates, prices on store shelves continue to climb and central banks tighten their monetary policy - it's worth knowing how to take care of your money. Commodity prices have been correcting in recent days, but the valuation at the beginning of June Commodity Research Bureau Index tested levels not seen for nearly a decade. Meanwhile, equity markets plunged sharply in response to recent interest rate hikes. So where to protect yourself from inflation?  

In June, investors witnessed the largest increase in the interest rates of the US Federal Reserve in nearly thirty years, and as analysts indicate - in July Fed will raise rates by another 75 bp. Simultaneously, S&P 500 index it was already over 22% below the peaks from the beginning of the yearthus entering a technical recession. Despite the strong sell-off on stock exchanges, market sentiments in Poland and around the world indicate extreme fear among investors. In turn, the media increasingly hear about high inflation, economic slowdown, and even stagflation - an economic phenomenon that combines high prices and stagnation in the economy. How to take care of your finances in such an environment?
