The KNF includes the Country of Brokers on the list of warnings

On June 16, 2023 Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced the addition of another illegal entity to the list of warnings. It is the Country of Brokers, which advertises itself as a Swiss Forex broker. IN in connection with the conducted activity, a notification was submitted to the prosecutor's office about the commission of a crime. Details below.

Beware of Broker Country

The Kraj Brokers website is available only in Polish and has a Polish contact number. This clearly indicates that the scammers are targeting unwitting investors from Poland. Independent investments from PLN 25 USD, managed accounts and Swiss quality - these are the elements that are supposed to attract the attention of a specific group of customers. However, there is no question of the possibility of obtaining any profits from the investment.

The official reason for inclusion on the list of warnings is the lack of required licenses and permits to conduct trade brokerage activities in Poland (and the European Union). In addition, the entity provides on its website two different addresses for its office in Zurich.

The following entity was included in the KNF list:
