Liquidity from the cryptocurrency market on MetaTrader 5

created Paweł MosionekJuly 8 2017

MetaQuotes has recently announced that it has established cooperation with B2Broker - a company that provides liquidity from the cryptocurrency market. This agreement is to enable the MetaTrader 5 brokers to meet the needs of their clients, who are increasingly interested in trading Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies.

Trading on Bitcoin is a new fashion cry

Recently, cryptocurrencies have been gaining popularity very quickly. This state of affairs is to be seen in the high volatility that is highly sought after by speculators. It is she who allows them to earn a fortune in a short span of time.

Here also the problem arises. High volatility requires high liquidity. Otherwise, we encounter a number of problems such as gaps in quotes or slips in the transaction (and even the inability to carry them out). Therefore, in order not to deter traders from the very beginning, it is necessary to provide them with good conditions of trade.

Cryptocurrencies and liquidity from five exchanges

cryptocurrenciesB2Broker offers access to the most popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Peercoin or Namecoin. The source of liquidity is the aggregated market of the five largest exchanges (based on the website data Coinmarketcap). With this solution, even in highly sensitive situations (at least in theory), there should be no shortage of liquidity to execute transactions on each of the cryptocurrencies.

In addition, B2Broker enables trading with leverage of 1: 3 without rolling and billing swap points. The only cost is a commission depending on the transaction value of 0,2%.

Cryptocurrencies, Liquidity and Forex Brokers

Times and interests change. Foreign currency traders more and more often want to trade on cryptocurrencies. Therefore, the MetaQuotes movement should not surprise anyone. Introduced solution only for MT5 This is another nail in the MetaTrader 4's coffinas well as a chance for further, dynamic growth in interest in electronic currencies. One of the first brokers who decided to introduce cryptocurrencies to the offer were Alpari, AvaTrade and eToro.

On the domestic market, the first brokerage house to extend its offer with these instruments is X-Trade Brokers. XTB 25 June 2017 made trade possible on real accounts for BTC / USD, ETH / USD, XRP / USD, LTC / USD and DSH / USD, which are the five most popular cryptocurrencies in relation to the US dollar.

So the right question is "who's next?" and not "or anybody else?" will introduce crypto currencies to its Forex / CFD offer.
