Rafał Zaorski earned PLN 44 million on declines in cryptocurrencies. In one month

Rafał Zaorski, a controversial trader who, according to some, has as many supporters as opponents, proved that using leverage can work wonders in the financial market. Because that's probably the only way to describe earning PLN 44 million per month. And this is by investing with an open visor - sharing the live broadcast of all games on the Internet. 

Every beginner investor in the Forex or Forex market dreams of such rallies cryptocurrency. Anyway, we are beating our breasts - it is the media that are happy to throw themselves on the cases "from zero to millionaire" and they are happy to describe those who earn quickly and a lot. Because what is interesting about a grandfather who has been multiplying his assets on Forex for 30 years every year, boasting an average annual rate of return of 30-40%? It does not impress anyone anymore, although it is undoubtedly a phenomenal result and unattainable for most, also for those who did "Quick million".

Open crypto short positions in April, close in May

Well, let's go back to the hero of our article, who on May 9, 2022, a few minutes after 16 p.m., informed that he was closing his short positions on cryptocurrencies. He earned $ 10 million in profit. 

At the close, he had short positions over 300 Bitcoin (BTC), 3000 Ethereum (ETH), almost 5800 Earth (LUNA) and smaller positions on other cryptocurrencies: Polygon (MATIC), Decentraland (MANA), Solana (SOL), EOS, Cosmos (ATOM), Dogecoin (DOGE), Monero (XMR), Ripple (XRP) or Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

Closing took place during a live broadcast. Just like practically all trade, during which Rafał Zaorski ridiculed the trainers and experts of the currency markets. For a long time, he has been questioning the technical analysis they promote and comparing it to his… "musical analysis", playing his favorite tracks during the coverage, which can also be adapted over time to market behavior. For this reason, he is considered a controversial person by some of the trading community. Also because he usually plays very aggressively. Although he has now broken his own record, he had risked so much more than once that he had to quickly open a new account with a trader. With a new donation.

This time it worked. The first short positions were opened on April 4 - on Bitcoinie i Ethereum. In the days that followed, it came to them altcoiny. Along with the profit, he increased the volume of positions, i.e. he dealt with the classic piramidowaniem - adding more items on the same instrument. 

Already on May 1, he had over USD 6 million in profit, but mainly in theory - the positions were not closed. It turned out, however, that it was worth the wait - after exceeding USD 10 million, Rafał Zaorski closed his positions and took a profit.

Who is Rafał Zaorski?

He has been known on financial markets in Poland for years. In a cap with a visor, it inspires some, irritates others. He is very confident, despite the fact that he has not avoided a few mishaps, which his opponents gladly remind him of. 

He became more widely known in 2015, when he started the project "How to get one million zlotys from a broker". In March 2018, he boasted about paying out PLN 2,5 million of profit on the German DAX stock index. This year he set his absolute record. 

Previously, he planned to spread the PLN 1 million profit on Krakowskie Przedmieście in Warsaw, but after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine decided to allocate this amount to help our neighbors. What will he come up with this time? He has not informed yet, but certainly over 100. people who follow his channels in social media will not be bored for long, because he returns to the spotlight quickly and willingly each time.
