The Australian regulator warns against the 4XFX broker
Warnings against unregulated brokers come from all over the world. Forex / CFD brokers are often not limited to offering their services in one country, region or even continent. This time we have news all the way from Australia. Australian financial supervision, ASIC, warns against the 4XFX broker.
4XFX - Operation without a license
The Australian commission decided to put 4XFX on the list of warnings due to the lack of any licenses or permits issued by the ASIC. The company offers brokering services in the Forex / CFD market giving access to trading in currencies, commodities, stocks, indices, and cryptocurrencies. The Australian regulator's objections also apply to the marketing used by the broker, who according to ASIC carries the scam mark. 4XFX uses aggressive telephone sales and sends out a large number of mailings encouraging to take advantage of its offer.
Interestingly, the broker uses two names - 4XFX and FRG Europe Ou. If you believe what is written on the site, the office is located in the capital of Estonia.
Broker data:
Company name: FRG Europe Ou
