Agricole Trade goes to the list of KNF warnings
Agricole Trade is a new entity that appeared on the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. A few months ago the "broker" became famous in the network as a result of many unflattering opinions of clients who started having problems with withdrawing funds.

In mid-July we informed about the appearance on "Blacklist" a broker called Maxitrade, who also used names such as Olympus Markets, Aspen Holdings, and ... Agricole Trade. The brands are managed by companies located in Ireland, Azerbaijan and also St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
This time the entity placed on the KNF warning list called JonGroce Limited based in Kingstown on the islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and it's him "officially" is behind the site agricoletrade.com. There is no doubt that we are dealing with a shell company behind which there are actual fraudsters. The scheme of operation is the same - convince the client to deposit funds and ... finish the cooperation at this point.

The website of the "broker" works in 4 languages, including Polish. Information about the offer is very rudimentary The website itself contains numerous technical and translation errors (e.g. stock indices translated as "Indicators").
In connection with the inclusion of Agricole Trade on the list of warnings, the KNF Office submitted a notification to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw under Art. 178 in connection from art. 69 section 2 point 2,4,5 of the Act on trading in financial instruments. At this stage, the main complaint is operating without the required permits and licenses. Will the company be responsible for the theft of its clients' funds? Unfortunately, this can prove extremely difficult and time consuming for the victims.
