The UKNF communique reads:
“Next Trade Ltd based in the Republic of Vanuatu (business conducted under the tradenames of Olympus Market and Aspen Holding). Proceedings in the case of an act under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments is conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw. The KNF chairman joined the proceedings initiated by another entity. "
The KNF's decision was only a matter of time. Earlier, the Italian regulator, CONSOB, decided on similar action, and in November this year. has placed Aspen Holding among Next Trade Ltd on the list of blocked sites. Olympus Market is the second name that often it swept between such "celebrities" as MaxiTrade and Agricole Trade.
