Binvesting is included in the KNF's list of warnings

Binvesting, operating through the binvesting.com internet platform, owned by UMO World Corporation Ltd based in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, is a new entity to the public alert list Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

The reason for placing on the list of warnings, as in most cases of this type, is the notification regarding the suspicion of committing an offense under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization). The proceedings were initiated by the KNF Office and are conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

On page "Broker" we can find an offer based on the popular MetaTrader 4 platform in each of the possible variants (iOS, Android, Mac, Web). There is a lever of max. 1: 500, free VPS, Islamic accounts and of course a personal account manager. The range of available instruments is very wide - from currencies, through CFD per share, to futures contracts. The site was also equipped with "current market news", which was probably supposed to increase its credibility (scammers rarely try so much). However, the most important thing was missing - legally conducted activity.
