Bitcoin joins Dukascopy's offer

Dukascopy is another broker that adds CFD instruments based on cryptocurrencies to its offer. The list of symbols available on the platform is expanded to include Bitcoin in relation to the US dollar (BTC / USD). At the moment, trading on Bitcoin is available only on demo accounts, but Dukascopy announced that it will be enabled on Live accounts within a maximum of two weeks (i.e. at the beginning of April).

The new instrument is available both at Dukascopy Bank and at Dukascopy Europe.

Terms of trade

Trading on Bitcoin in Dukascopy:

• 1 lever: 3,
• The possibility of short sales,
• The minimum contract value is 0.2,
• The minimum volume step is 0.1,
• The 1.0 pip value = 1 USD,
• Trading hours: Sunday 23:00 - Friday 22:00,
• Swap points for long and short positions: -35.15 pips / day.

Later, it is planned to extend the instruments with additional virtual coins.
