Finvesting is on the KNF's list of warnings

created Paweł MosionekNovember 25 2021

November 24, 2021 Polish Financial Supervision Authority informed about adding the entity to the list of warnings SanaKo Service Ltd, also known as finvesting, which operates via the website www.finvestings.com/pl. We warn you against using the services of this company. Details below.

Finvesting on the list of warnings

This is another entity in the category "Forex brokers", which was on the KNF's list of warnings recently. Just two weeks ago, we reported that companies were blacklisted AvaTrade, Marketbull, Viamarketsgo, Royal-Trades, Bulls & Bears Trades and Greenfield Investment.

SanaKo Service Ltd, using the name of finvesting, on its website, it offers services related to the mediation of trading on derivatives based on currencies, metals, indices, energy, stocks and even swaps. The website itself doesn't reveal much. The information is very scarce, and the website does not even find information about the country of origin of the company. Interestingly, however, there is a Warsaw contact number +48 221049444.

The KNF announcement states that the reason is the notification concerning the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 in connection with joke. 69 sec. 1 and sec. 2 point 2, 3 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization. The proceedings were initiated by the KNF Office and the case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
