created Paweł MosionekJune 16 2021

Polish Financial Supervision Authority has placed a new entity on the list of warnings - FXBFI Broker Financial Invest Ltd - to which the domain www.101investing.com belongs. We warn you against using the services of this broker. Details below.

FXBFI Broker Financial Invest Ltd on the warning list

On June 16, 2021, the KNF's list of public warnings "gained" a new position. The FXBFI broker is based in Limassol, Cyprus. Interestingly, it boasts on its website that it has a license CySEC (No. 315/16), i.e. the Cypriot financial supervision and so on the information appears in his register. So why did this entity appear on the "black" list of the Polish regulator?

It is only known that the reason is the notification concerning the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization. The proceedings were initiated by another entity and the case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

The website itself does not raise any major concerns. Offer based on MT4, available mobile platforms, Skrill accepted, card payments, a whole lot of files with documentation in the form of regulations, regulations and order execution. There is also a list of as many as 16 (!) Prizes that the broker was supposed to receive, incl. from well-known magazines and industry companies. Is there a scam behind all of this? It is not known, but forewarned is forewarned - we recommend being cautious when using the services of the title company.
