The KNF adds the FeatureWiseInvest entity to the warning list

On June 20, 2022 Polish Financial Supervision Authority added another scam called FeatureWiseInvest, operating using three different domains: https://fwisolutions.com/, https://fwisolutions.net and https://fwi-solution.org. We warn you against using the services of this "broker". Details below.

FeatureWiseInvest is a brand owned by an entity called Amvikta Limited. The company is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and uses the three previously mentioned websites in its activities. An offer is prepared on the websites that allows you to "invest" on the Forex market, cryptocurrencies, as well as CFDs and Futures on commodities, indices or stocks using the 'WebTrader' platform. Interestingly, the site is available in three languages ​​- English, Russian and Polish. As is often the case in such cases, the translation of the content into Polish is far from perfect, which makes it possible to assume that this is a scam.

The KNF announcement states that the reason for entering on the list in the case of all three entities is the notification concerning the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization. The proceedings were initiated by the KNF Office and the case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
