The KNF puts Capital Trade / Fenix ​​Securities / Vita Capitals on the list of warnings

On February 22, 2023 Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced the addition of another entity using brands such as Capital Trade, Fenix ​​Securities and Vita Capital to the list of warnings. The owner of three domains does not have a license authorizing him to conduct this type of activity, therefore, a notification was made to the prosecutor's office about the commission of the crime. Details below.

Attention Capital Trade / Fenix ​​Securities / Vita Capitals

Although we are dealing with three different brands and domains, in fact they all belong to the same owner. Currently, they are no longer available, but it is worth remembering the names mentioned, because it does not mean that they will not return soon with symbolically modified website addresses or names. The reason for inclusion on the list of warnings is the lack of required licenses and permits to conduct brokerage activities in Poland (and the European Union).

The following entity was included in the KNF list:
