Nava Gates, Shift Holdings and Infinity4X on the KNF's list of warnings

created Paweł Mosionek12 March 2022

Only 4 days have passed since the last announcement, and we already have more warnings from the Polish regulator. March 11, 2022 Polish Financial Supervision Authority added two new entities to the list of warnings - Share Oracle Ltd. (the names used are Navy Gates and Shift Holdings) and Infinity4X. We warn you against using the services of these companies. Details below.

Watch out for Nava Gates, Shift Holdings, and Infinity4x

Fraudsters are not idle and are constantly creating new 'entities' in order to extort funds from unaware investors. Therefore, remember that no matter how attractive the terms of trade are presented to us, you should always check the origin of the company and the status of its activity (licenses and permits held). In this case, the aforementioned entities offer seemingly very good trading conditions on the cryptocurrency, stocks and Forex markets, but in practice they do not have a permit to conduct this type of activity. Additionally, based on reports from the Internet, it is very likely that it is a typical scam.

The entities listed below have joined the KNF's list of warnings:

  • ShareOracle Ltd. (operating via the Nava Gates platforms - www.navagates.org and Shift Holdings - www.shift-holdings.com),
  • Infinity4X (operating via the www.infinity4x.com internet platform).

The KNF announcement states that the reason for entering on the list in the case of all three entities is the notification concerning the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization. The proceedings were initiated by the KNF Office and the case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
