Olympus Holding is on the KNF's list of warnings

December 23, 2021 Polish Financial Supervision Authority added three new entities to the list of warnings: Olympus Holding, Save Capital Invest Ltd and Grandis Capital Trade Ltd. We warn against using the services of these companies. Details below.

KNF warns against Olympus Holding

Just 2 days ago, we informed about adding JetCapitals to the KNF's list of warnings. This time, the Polish supervision added another 3 companies. Among this group is Olympus Holding, which is probably another creation of fraudsters responsible for brands such as Olympus Market against which the KNF warned two years ago, and MaxiTrade, which has been blacklisted since July 2019..

Currently, the Olympus Holdings website (www.olympusholding.co) is no longer active, however, looking at the story, there's always a chance that scammers will return under a modified branding and website.

The next two entities are Save Capital Invest LTD (https://savecapitalinvest.com) and Grandis Capital Trade LTD (https://grandiscapitaltrade.com) - both companies use UK addresses.

The KNF announcement states that the reason for all three entities is the notification about the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization. The proceedings were initiated by the KNF Office and the case is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
