Saxo Bank reduces commissions and transaction fees

created Saxo BankJanuary 15 2024

The banking industry is supposed to offer customers better and cheaper investment tools. The result is to be an accessible, safer investment portfolio - based on industry and geographical diversity.

He is an innovator in the democratization of investing Saxo Bank, a Danish bank for investors. This time he has prepared a revolution for Polish investors that will change the accessibility of investing. They can now benefit from significantly lower rates, particularly on US and domestic equities, as well as other products such as ETFs, ETPs, exchange-traded options and futures. Commissions when, for example, trading shares on the Stock Exchange will be 0,12%, and in the case of American shares it is 0,08%, and at higher account levels they will be even lower.

Saxo has been actively working to democratize investing and reduce the barriers investors face for over thirty years. Now it offers much more favorable conditions than those available in Polish banks. They are also competitive with brokers' offers - Saxo Bank provides, for example, full support in Polish, interest on free deposits, and also prepares a tax report. This is particularly important in the context of changes in tax law, e.g. this year, according to which investors will have to independently settle income and losses incurred from investment funds.

"In today's investment environment, the value we offer our clients is largely related to our ability to deliver cost-effective solutions through our award-winning platforms and services” – says Marcin Ciechoński, marketing director of Saxo Bank in Central and Eastern Europe.

"Lower costs mean higher potential profits for our ever-growing number of customers. Having passed the milestone of serving over one million customers worldwide and over $100 billion in customer assets, the scale of our business has enabled us to significantly reduce fees and prices. This scale is not just a number - it is a testament to the trust our clients have in us and the responsibility we take seriously to continually look for ways to improve their investing experience".
