Seven Financial Group and 12 other entities on the list of KNF warnings

May 8, 2023 Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced the extension of the list of public warnings by 13 new items. Among them there are also two entities related to the Forex/CFD market. This is about Seven Financial Group and  Gold Team FX sp. z o.o based in Warsaw. IN in connection with the conducted activities, a notification was submitted to the prosecutor's office about the commission of a crime. Details below.

Beware of Seven Financial Group

The first of these entities, Seven Financial Group, owns two websites, http://trad.sevenfinansialgroup.com and https://sevenfinancialgroup.com. The first has already been blocked, but the second is still functioning. We will find there an offer addressed to retail investors with access to investing in the Forex/CFD market and receiving bonuses banned in Europe since 2017.

In the case of Gold Team FX sp. z o. o., we know much less, because there is no website at this address in the network, and a possible Instagram profile that could belong to this entity has been deleted. We only know that proceedings are underway for an act under Art. 178 of the Act on trading in financial instruments, and the chairman of the KNF joined the proceedings initiated by another entity. The notification was submitted last month.

• 420 Tech Paulina Kurpiel based in Radzymin
• PHU Sigma Wnętrzak Paweł based in Katowice
• Dacota Financial Architect Paweł Woźnicki based in Łódź
• Robert Biernat based in Ruda Śląska
• David Z.
