Stocklinity is included in the KNF's list of public warnings

On September 29, 2022 Polish Financial Supervision Authority added to "Blacklist" another entity that investors should be wary of. It is Oliver Harbor LLC based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines operating via an online platform Stocklinity available at https://www.stocklinity.com/. Business illegally provides brokerage services in the CFD market. Details below.

Watch out for Stocklinity

Subject Stocklinity was entered on the list of warnings due to the notification under Art. 178 in connection with joke. 69 sec. 2 point 2 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments. The reason is to offer brokerage services in trading financial instruments without having the appropriate permits. The notification is sent by the KNF Office and the case is handled by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

The website www.stocklinity.com is available in three language versions - English, Russian and… Polish. And that's probably something that caught the attention of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Without the appropriate permits, the company offers trading on all popular types of instruments, i.e. on currencies, stock indices, cryptocurrencies, commodities, stocks and futures.

We warn against using the services of unlicensed companies. Before opening an account, always make sure it is correct the broker has the appropriate regulations and permits at the indicated financial market supervisory institution.
