Our test eToro platforms has come to an end. Recall that we started an investment with an initial balance of $ 100 on a Demo Account. The test is divided into two parts. For the first 000 weeks, we systematically presented our results, insights and changes that we made in our investment portfolio. Due to the negligible profits, we were constantly increasing the level of risk among new signal providers. Before reading the final summary, it's worth taking a look at the previous article, which described our struggles after 10 weeks of investing on the eToro platform - READ.

During the test, some investors invested their funds in shares. Among the selected companies were:

After 20 weeks, our results are as follows:

In the first part of the test, we paid attention to the good results of two investors. We are talking about AdnreiJT and DirtyBob. The former clearly maintained a rate of return above 20%. The second aspired to similar results, but fared much worse.

Therefore, we have a clear leader of this test and it is the investor AndreiJT. Assessing the overall aspect - its trading is recommendable. The other suppliers did not play an important role in our portfolio and were mostly loss-making. The fund chosen by us is also worth attention - GainersQtr - which recorded a stable capital growth from the very beginning of the test. We didn't notice anything disturbing about the instrument itself.

From the very beginning of the test, we committed 95% of the initial deposit of $ 100. With such a large balance, we expected much better results. Not only that, the entire test is negative after 000 weeks. After many changes, we only found one trader who showed that his trading methodology just works. He is certainly not alone in the full spectrum of providers that eToro offers, but finding more can be time consuming and very costly. Funds that create ready-made investment portfolios are a good alternative to signal providers. This is certainly not a recipe for high rates of return, but an interesting way to diversify your total income.

Some tips to conclude:

1. Do not focus on making advertising-like profits.
2. We do not recommend depositing all (or most of) your funds without carefully scrutinizing the provider's strategy.
3. We monitor the status of our account and react in the event of poor performance of certain suppliers. Let us not become attached to them, let us not place excessive hopes on them.
4. In some cases, we recommend manually closing positions and making a payout in order to post any earned profits.
5. We recommend checking multiple providers in a virtual account. This way, we will reduce the risk of tripping right at the start.
